  • This whole article and it's degenerating discussion has nothing to do with slavery and everything to do with teachers/school systems. I'd be pissed if my (white) child came home with that/those math problems. I'd be down there tomorrow to talk with someone.

  • Shirley, you need to read it again. They were not discussing Slavery. They were assuming it as math questions. Not brilliant and Uber-Offensive to anyone who believes that Slavery anywhere is bad. I admit, they probably ought be fired or at least checked to see if they truly hold a degree.

  • Well Linda, your level of knowledge is far beyond mine. All I know is to help keep my Black friends away from that bacteria! But I didn't notice this (?) I've practiced this way over the last decade. bravo~

  • Rob-carpenter..No. I wouldn't. In fact, I'm not a Christian. It doesn't bother me in the least that the Vatican attributes this as a Miracle. Not at all. I don't really care who label's how. That young fellow was gifted a longer life and HE is tough!

  • Well thank God (!) they found at least a Federal charge to bring them up on. One would think that attacking folks, holding them and accosting/molesting their person would be against the criminal-law in most if not all States. Not requiring anyone but a DA to press charges. Weird.

  • And to my Black friends...wash twice! This bacteria for some reason is more apt to attach itself to the Black race. When I had a Strep-A patient in ICU I made sure all the Black Nurses and Aids were informed!
